New Seaside Romantic Cottage With Optional Pool

Beautiful, private one bedroom cottage, steps from one of the best beaches on the Island. Recently built, with wifi, and optional infinity pool, offering spectacular views of Duncan’s Bay. There is room for two small children. Modern furnishings and a full kitchen, to be a perfect stay.
Beware of other adds claiming to be seaside, or in Duncans Bay, as many adds are misleading. Ask for a map view and see if in fact they are as close to beautiful beach like we are. Pool can be available for an extra fee.

Why they chose this property

One of the main reason choosing Duncans Bay, is for beautiful beach. It is shallow for quite a distance. You can see right down to the sand, when going swimming. The apartment is steps from the beach. Has a private entrance, and sitting area. Perfect setting for a couple and small children.

What makes this property unique

Shoes are optional, to walk to the beach:)
Ideal place to unwind.
Great community, filled with friendly locals/tourists. Quiet area.
