We love this condo because of its central location, quality and design. Its brand new and very clean. Well appointed with all the comforts of home. High end appliances includes washer / dryer makes it an efficient temporary home. Triple floor to ceiling paned windows keeps city noise out while blinds keep it private when you sleep. The electric fireplace with heat on or off makes it cozy while you enjoy your cup of espresso. A desk in the living room and a vanity table in the bedroom provides for convenient work areas. The dining table expands to fit extra friends. Sofa Bed converts to a queen size bed. Double entrance to bathroom makes it easy to access. 2 TVs with internet access are provided for your use. Enjoy the outdoor or barbecue in the common area picnic space.
Guest access
Guests access to unit plus all common areas including barbecue , garbage and secured bicycle rack in garage space. Please use at your own risk. All access must be done via the latch app.
Other things to note
We love pets but we feel the unit is suitable for smaller dogs / cats only. 30lbs or less. This brand new building has solid structures to insulate sound. However, it is a multi dwelling unit and noise should be kept at a minimum. Thank you.
