Fabulous and cozy apartment conveniently located in Mesa, in a gated building. Fully furnished studio with king bed, closet, private bath, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. The living room features a TV with access to local cable. Visitors will also have access to the community pool (non-heated), spa, gym and clubhouse. Newly Renovated One bedroom apartment located in Mesa. It’s close to many amenities, including Spring Training, a family fun park, restaurants, Mesa Art Center, shopping and freeways. You can also enjoy the amazing Arizona weather at the pool just steps away. This room as recently been completely updated. The unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 4 in two beds. Guests will have convenient parking and be able to come and go as they please with the convenience of the self-check-in smart lock. The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet complex with other vacation rentals. We have onsite parking within a gated complex. Driving is the preferred way of moving around the neighborhood. *Hohokam Spring Training Facility is less than 10 miles away! Several other spring training facilities within 20 minutes. *Walking distance to Starbucks , room also features a coffee maker. *Grand Canyon National Park - 4 hour drive We will always respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. Rundown property

The location is good. The property is rundown and it smelled like smoke in the room. Other residents on the property live there on an ongoing basis (like long term rentals). Low income so I didn’t feel very save. The hot tub was broken 1/2 the time and we only received 2 bath towels for two people for 5 days and there was a pool/ hot tub. When we asked for more towels we were told no but we could wash them ourselves in laundry room. The gate code changed midway through our stay but the host did not tell us so we had to wait over 30 Minutes for someone else to let us in. The host also listed the property as 2 beds but then told me a couple days before we arrived that this was actually one large king bed. It was too late to find another property. I asked for extra sheets or a cot nothing was provided. I have it only two stars due to the lack of communication, lack of honesty in the listing and the rundown property. I would not stay here again.

The online listing was inaccurate. I thought I was reserving a two bed place. When we arrived. There was only one bed. After about 30 minutes I was able to get a different room with two beds. The rental itself was clean but the windows were drafty and let all of the outside noise in. Was an okay deal for the price but still a hassle to switch rooms at 10:30 at night.
