The house has an inviting, covered terrace overlooking the water, where you can relax after an active day outdoors. Listen to the lapping water or the chirping of birds and linger for a moment in absolute silence. Those who are daring can take a dip in the cool water directly from their own private jetty. This is sure to wake you up in the morning!

Amidst the magnificent forest and lake landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District, you will find ideal conditions for a carefree vacation. The small town of Mirow lies at the southern end of Lake Mirow, which is part of an extensive network of lakes, rivers, and canals, including Lake Müritz. Water lovers can enjoy water sports on the Müritz-Havel waterway, which serves as the gateway to the Müritz National Park. If you prefer to get around on dry land, the many car-free forest and country trails will be of particular interest to hikers, cyclists, and horseback riders.

The passage height to the kitchenette is only 1.80 m, while the raised sleeping area is 1.80 mx 1.90 m. The property is part of a boathouse complex consisting of 4 separate residential units.
