Enjoy unparalleled water views from every room. This immaculately maintained home has a two car garage, fully fenced private yard, chef's kitchen, and new systems and appliances. The open floor plan, soaring ceilings, and walls of windows illuminate this light and airy home. An office nook with built-in shelves makes it possible to work from the beach. Relax on the back deck that sits right above the sandy beach.

Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, all with brand new beds and mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom; a second bedroom has a queen and a full bed; the third bedroom has two bunk beds and a trundle. The first floor den has a pull-out couch that can also serve as a guest room. The A/C will keep you cool on hot days, and the gas heat and fireplace will keep you cozy all winter long. You'll have plenty of storage with custom built-ins and plenty of closets.

The Hull ferry terminal is a 5 min. drive or 10 min. bike ride, making a commute to Boston a breeze.
