Highlights included: All consumption-dependent energy costs The Baltic Sea resort of Damp is located 16 km northeast of Eckernförde on the Schwansen peninsula, between Eckernförde Bay and the Schlei. Damp is located directly on the beautiful 4 km long sandy beach. There is also an action beach with games, a dog beach and a nudist beach. Beach chairs can be rented locally. It is approx. 50 km to the Schleswig-Holstein state capital of Kiel. Activities nearby: Damp and the Baltic Sea coast offer you an almost endless range of activities: take advantage of the nice weather to go for a bike ride in Schwansen and go fishing, or take a boat trip on the Schlei. The Tramm horse farm is also worth a visit. The best place to go shopping is Eckernförde. Inspire your children with a visit to the candy factory in Eckernförde, the chocolate factory in Kappeln or the Viking Museum in Haithabu in Schleswig.
