Newly renovated with all NEW appliances, bedding and furniture plus located in Park Forest Neighborhood on N. Atherton St, you will have the best of all State College worlds! Our home is located on a quiet street yet walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. Walk right down the street to a park with playground or two streets over to a Starbucks! All linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows) provided.
2.5 miles to Penn State.

You will love the modern, clean look of this home and the cozy neighborhood lined with sidewalks. Walk to Starbucks or ChickfilA for breakfast or sit on our porch with a coffee at home (provided!).

We had the best stay at this property! The home had everything we needed and was so clean/organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, every shop or restaurant we wanted to go to was within 5-10mins.
