Peaceful Norris Lake retreat, yet close to the action -

All day enjoyment starting with morning coffee and distant mountain views from the back porch. Evening meals and entertainment on the covered patio, complete with grilling space and ceiling fan. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully appointed kitchen, while guests join in at the bench seating conversation area.

In addition to the kitchen and outdoor entertainment areas, the main floor offers three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a large dining area and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV.

The lower level features another entertainment space with 55" TV, a bar area, a full size fridge, two additional bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry room.

There are two separate driveways, offering plenty of parking.

Boating families will like the covered slip with lift (fits V hull) reserved at the nearby marina (within walking distance). Boat rentals are available from the marina; which also has a restaurant and offers live entertainment most weekends.

If you must work while on vacation, enjoy reliable high speed internet and cell service.

Finally, don't leave your fur-baby behind! Your friendly, well-behaved family member will love the large yard and mature trees!

Great property

I can't say enough about this house. It is located within a 1/4 mile of Bo's Indian River Marina. The owner Lynn has everything you need to enjoy your Norris Lake vacation. We had two families, one with a 21 year old and the other with a 16 and 12 year old. If you have two families, this house is perfect. There is a separate semi-kitchen in the basement and three bedrooms upstairs. Everything you need is included, including all of your kitchen needs and a nice porch to enjoy outdoor time. Bo's Marina is within walking distance to rent boats and enjoy a good meal. We particularly enjoyed wing night on Wednesday. We rentented a pontoon from Bo's on Tue, Wed, and as Fri with no problems whatsoever. We also rented a Jet ski from TenneskiRentals for Tue and Wed. Mike from there will deliver to Bo's and you can store it in the Brannon's slip, which is included with the rental. All said, the Brannon's have an excellent place to rent for a week at Norris Lake. An added bonus is how you are within ten minutes of town with groceries and restaurants. All in all I would totally recommend this house for anyone. A great week was had by both of our families.

Great home!!!

We had a lovely stay. Anticipated having more, but had 7 people down for Labor Day weekend. The bedrooms were large, home was very spacious, bathrooms were abundant. The basement is perfect for multiple families as there is a kitchenette downstairs. Overall we were overly pleased with our stay. It came with a slip for our boat and the check in and check out process was a breeze!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!
