- We do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap in bathrooms.
- Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
- All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with young children. Any person under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the reservation. The primary booking guest must be present throughout the entire length of the reservation.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. These hours are strictly enforced. The township is very strict on noise violations and police will be called if excessive noise is coming from our home. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500.
- Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered.
- Must sign rental agreement and security deposit to confirm reservation.

We enjoyed our stay so much this weekend. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. I loved having some coffee, tea and basics provided. The parking pass and beach passes were great!! The girls enjoyed the hot tub. We would highly recommend and would come stay again.

Excellent Winter Weekend Stay

Everything about our weekend stay was wonderful. The homeowners were easy to work with and responsive. The house was amazing. So much room and very clean. Plenty of supplies and towels, kitchen supplies, and a lovely hot tub. The walk to the beach is an easy one. I wish we had stayed longer. I would recommend the house to friends and family. I would love to stay again!

Great layout for a family get away with teens and grown children w/ their spouses

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate Christmas with extended family. There were 8 of us - 3 couples and two teens. The layout of the house, game room and hot tub were a big hit! The open living area and large couch was perfect for family game nights and hanging out. The host was excellent.

My friends and I planned a stay in Seaside Heights, NJ. I found Bay Breeze and it was simply amazing! Clean, spacious, inviting and stocked! Walking distance to the beach is an added plus!!! I would highly recommend this house!!!

Great Stay!

This house is perfect for a larger group of people. Plenty of space and privacy for those who want it. Everything was very clean. The property manager was responsive to all of our inquiries. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property.

The house is very nice and well equipped with everything you may need. The top deck is especially nice to sit, have a drink with family and friends. Over all, a great place to spend a few days.

Best vacation ever

This house was absolutely amazing. There was nothing negative I could say about this property. We have rented multiple VRBOs and this was our favorite. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with.

Beautiful Bay Views

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the Bay Breeze for two families, ages 1-38, at the end of the summer. Bryana was so quick and responsive to our questions. The home was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop is perfect for watching the gorgeous sunset over the bay and we could also catch a glimpse of the Wednesday night fireworks as we looked back toward the beach. The 12-15 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach is very doable despite the bay location being much closer to the bridge/highway (itself a nice perk for day trips by car). The proximity to beautiful Island Beach State Park was also a huge plus.

Great house for a great get away with great friends

The house was perfect for our long weekend get together. The decor and furnishings were beachy and beautiful. The amenities were beyond what we expected. The game room was a hit with everyone in our group. The hot tub on the back patio was a nice place to relax on a rainy day. We would recommend this house to families or groups.

Beach week

We had a great time at this beautiful and comfortable home. We loved the hot tub and the game room the most only second to the roof top deck. Everything was as advertised but nicer. It was a great spot and George was especially helpful with a couple of things that came up. Thanks so much for a fun first trip to the Jersey Shore!

Large comfortable home!

Large house with alot of room for bigger families.We enjoyed the spacious living room, game area/loft and rooftop deck. Kids enjoyed the hot tub! Bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable! Bathrooms on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors are perfect! George was a great host and quick to respond to our questions!

Amazing House !

Everything was perfect ! The house is spotless and beautiful with great finishes and amenities. Huge TV, ample seating in the living room and dining area. great kitchen, and the bedrooms were great ! the Hot Tub was great ! Right near the bay and only a 10 minute walk to the beach ! the owners and manager checked in on the app to make sure all was good during the stay, and all was great ! this is the nicest house / property i have rented in the 13 years i have been doing so !

Great location to the beach

This house is amazing!!!! It looks exactly like the pics and the host are ready to get in contact with. The house is a couple blocks from the beach and comes with beach passes and a parking pass. They also have beach chairs, a wagon and umbrella to use on the beach. I loved that they even had k-cups and tea bags. Definitely recommend staying at this house and if I go back to the shore I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable home

This home, a short walk from the ocean, was comfortable and well-appointed. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, including in the kitchen and with all the linens and towels. The owner was easy to communicate with and we appreciated the welcome basket of snacks and wine. We would definitely return if we come back to this area. Thank you!

Sweet Sixteen Getaway

Amazing property, looks just like the photos. My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. They enjoyed sunbathing on the rooftop and hot tub at night. They didn’t want to leave the house. It was located close to the boardwalk which was great. It was very clean and comfortable. I had many questions since it was my first time renting and the hosts were fabulous. They got back to me right away and were very sweet. Definitely a place I highly recommend and would definitely return.

Amazing Shore House

Words cannot express the beauty of this house! The coastal decor and layout is so beautiful. We loved sitting on the rooftop watching the sunset. The location was also perfect. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Kelli & George were very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. They were flexible with check-in, which was very helpful. The house was extremely clean and had all of the necessities for our stay. We highly recommend staying here.

Property is amazing!

This property was absolutely amazing. We had 8 adults and three kids and the house was pristine. George responded quickly everytime i texted. He was the most accommodating host i have ever had which was so appreciated! The kitchen table fit us all comfortably and we had so much fun with the foosball table and karaoke machine! Could not have asked for a better house for our summer vacation! 1000% recommend staying here you will not be disappointed! Thank you George and Kelli!

Loved it!

We loved this house! Cheery and pretty exterior, safe and secure to get in and out, beautiful inside, very up to date, modern and clean. These owners clearly take a lot of care with their house. Bedrooms were perfect for our group, with multiple beds in 2 of the rooms. Kids could hang out in their own 'family room' upstairs while parents were in family room on main floor. Kids loved the hot tub! Easy walk to the beach, and short drive over the bridge to Toms River where more was open this time of year. This also means the view is bay, bridge, and parking lot. Owners are friendly and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beach house facing the bay!!

We needed a last minute beach house to hang with family and friends and this house could not have been more perfect! Kelli the amazing host was beyond helpful! There wasn’t one thing I needed that she didn’t provide! Even when there was a slight leak in the pipe in the kitchen, she sent the plumber immediately and got it fixed. The house is well appointed and very modern. The rooftop was a nice relaxing spot to chill with the family and enjoy and nice late afternoon cocktail. I would definitely come back to this house and any other property Kelli is hosting. This was a five star house!!

The Best Rental

I would like to say this was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Everything thing that you could think of was provided!! First off the property was beautiful and it was perfect for a family of 8, we had plenty of space. Four Adults and 4 kids and everybody truly enjoyed themselves and i wish we would have stayed a couple of more days. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we’re available to answer any questions or concerns if needed, but there were none. Everything went smoothly from the check-in to check-out. The location was great and it was a short easy walk to the get to the Boardwalk, which was perfect and there was plenty to do. We even took a quick drive to Manhattan which was hour and 30 mins from the house. If your looking for a great location that is family friendly this is definitely the house for you!

Amazing time at a beautiful home!

Our family of 5 spent a week at this gorgeous property in mid-March. The home was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. We loved every room, but particularly the dining area, upstairs game room and the hot tub. The beds were comfy. TVs in seemingly every room and great views. All of the furniture/furnishings were comfortable as well as nice to look at. This stay truly felt like we were staying at home. The hosts were great and accommodated everything we needed and more. Great attention to details. The welcome basket went over great. We came from out of state and the home felt very much like a home, not a hotel. Location is great. Easy to get to. Quick trips to supermarket or restaurants. Menus for nearby delivery was a nice touch as well. Honestly, everything was perfect and we will definitely be coming back. If you have kids, I’d highly recommend!!!

Spacious, comfortable stay!!

Our family had such a great time staying at Kelli & George's Seaside home. The house was well appointed, modern, clean and had all the amenities you would need while traveling. We had more than enough room for our family of five and the kids lived in the upstairs game room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes you would need (though you should still plan to bring basics like oil, salt, pepper, etc.) The beds were incredibly comfy (we didn't want to get up!) as were the rest of the furniture throughout the home. One of the requirements that our family had was a hot tub and the one Kelli and George have on property did not disappoint. It was under cover, large enough for us all to comfortably hang out and there was also an outdoor TV. The neighbors in the back were close but we made sure to keep the noise levels down. We would return again without question. Our hosts were great and Kelli was super responsive to all of our messages. FIVE STAR getaway!

5 stars aren't enough for this VRBO!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 children celebrated Thanksgiving at this amazing house. We have stayed in many VRBOs all over the US and this was by far the most well stocked, wonderfully decorated with great amenities. The game room on the top floor was a huge hit with all of us. I can't say enough about the hot tub area that had a TV! We all loved it! There were lots of games provided in the game room and in the living room. The huge TV in the living room was awesome for watching the Thanksgiving Day Macy's parade and football and FIFA World Cup. There were actually 7 TVs! The kitchen was amazing with everything you'd need and more. All new appliances were top notch. They even had a cup/glass washer! Kelli was wonderful to work with and so sweet. She had a bottle of champagne waiting for my husband and I since we planned to renew our vows as we celebrated our 44th wedding anniversary. We had our ceremony on the rooftop deck and it was perfect!! Our entire family said it was the best VRBO that we have stayed in! Thank you Kelli and George for making our visit perfect!

Seaside Heights is a fun town with rides, a water park, go-karts, and mini golf. Water sports are nearby. Bike rentals and Tiki boat rentals make any day fun!
