About this property

Enjoy silence in the house Stork's Nest right on the water

The holiday home is located in the heart of the Spreewald on the European Trail as well as directly on the main spree with its own Kahnsteg. This optimal location offers our guests the perfect opportunity to combine relaxation and activity.

Enjoy the Spreewald on a relaxing boat ride, paddling or a long bike ride. The Spreewald village of Leipe has everything to offer what the vacationer's heart desires. You are also welcome to bring your own boat and safely into the water via our own boat roll.

The house is located in an idyllic location with two other cottages on the edge of the Spreewald village Leipe. On the ground floor it is equipped with kitchen and living room (including TV and electric heating), as well as shower with WC.
In the attic there are two separate bedrooms.
Garden furniture and barbecue are also at your disposal.

You are welcome to book bed linen and towels as a package for 10 € per person.

Furthermore, a visitor's tax of 2.00 Euro / adult / day is to be paid to the city Lübbenau. For this you receive the "Guest Card Spreewald". As the owner, you are entitled to claim a variety of discounted services from the leisure facilities of the Spreewald region.

Die Lage des Häuschens ist für Kanu-Ausflüge wirklich sehr günstig, da man direkt auf der Spree starten kann. Außerdem ist es liebevoll ausgestattet. Man sollte nur bedenken, dass es außerhalb der Saison schon recht kalt werden kann und man eventuell zusätzlich zu den elektrischen Heizern ein Feuer im Ofen machen muss. Das Häuschen ist also nach einer Tagestour oder am Morgen schon recht ausgekühlt und der Warmwasser - Boiler kommt bei vier Personen an seine Grenzen. Für jüngere Kinder kann die Treppe für nächtliche Toilettenbesuche schon recht gefährlich werden. Aber für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt innerhalb der Saison können wir das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Gaststätten und Radwege alles Prima vom Ferienhaus aus zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus mit steiler Treppe nach oben zu den Schlafräumen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.Bilder genau anschauen.Ein eigener Bootssteg ohne Boot ist vorhanden.Bootsverleih 5 min entfernt,nur Paddelboote.Sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit dem Fahrrad sind vorhanden.Keine Kleiderschränke im Schlafberreich.(Spitzdach) ist auch nicht möglich.Keine zusätzliche Toilette im oberen Bereich.Man muß immer über die steile Wendeltreppe nach oben oder unten gehen.War für uns sehr anstrengend.Na gut,wir waren auch nicht mehr die jüngsten.(66/67/64/64).Vermieter waren sehr freunlich,haben sie nur einmal bei der Schlüsselübergabe gesehen.Schlüsselabgabe ging über Briefkasten.Für uns war es trotzallem eine schöne Woche im Spreewald.Der Spreewald ist immer ein Besuch wert. Ruhige am Spreeseitenarm gelegene und gut eingerichtete Unterkunft die leider aber auch mal Grundgereinigt(Bad,Küche)werden müsste.Ein unangenehmer geruch sicherlich vom Abfluß/System der täglich present war.Haben die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht da war es ertragbar.Ansonsten toll eingerichtet u.Kachelofen f.kalte Tage.

Fotos vom Haus sind mit einem Weitwinkelobjektiv gefertigt worden, total verfälscht ! Das Haus ist deutlich kleiner wie gedacht. Wie man hier mit 4 Personen wohnen soll erschließt sich uns nicht. Die Wendeltreppe in Oberheschoß ist lebensgefährlich und steht mitten im Raum. Außerdem Millionen von Mücken, ein Aufenthalt draußen ist schier unmöglich. Wir haben den "Urlaub" nach 2 Tagen abgebrochen.

Traumhaft ruhig. Wunderbare Erholung

Ideale Lage um mal wieder Energie aufzuladen. Bootsverleih quasi direkt vor der Haustüre. Direkt anschließender Weg z.B. nach Lehde (ca. 1 Std. zu Fuß). Sauberes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Auf der Terrasse kann man prima entspannen mit Blick aufs Wasser. Unkompliziertes "einchecken". Dieses Objekt kann man nur empfehlen.

Urlaubserwartungen vs. Realisierung

Unsere Erwartungen an diesen Kurzurlaub wurden zu 100 Prozent erfüllt. Die Lage des "Storchennesthauses" war optimal für unsere Kanu- und Fahradtouren. Das Haus sowie die große Wiese boten Gelegenheit zur Entspannung fernab von jeglichem Lärm.

Tolle Lage des Hauses mitten im Spreewald.
