TV, outside bar, fridge, blackstone, table & conversation couches make it a perfect day or night gathering place. Monthly, weekly, or weekend vacation getaways. Enjoy minutes to downtown CC, great local tikis, Marinatown, YachtClub and beach, or get in the car for a 15 min drive to Downtown Ft Meyers, Ft Myers beach or Spring training!

Why they chose this property
The Southeast is THE place to be. It’s nestled in a perfect location that’s just minutes from downtown Cape Coral, and 15 minutes to Marinatown with awesome spots on the water, and 20 minutes from downtown Ft Myers! Minutes from the Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach community center, and 25-35 min to Ft Myers Beach, which has some really great updated beach bars and restaurants you’ll have to check out!
