Welcome break from ohio weather

We stayed at this home with a group of six and had a great experience. The house was clean, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. The pool was a big highlight — the water temperature was perfect, and there were floatation devices available for use. At first glance, I thought the bottom of the pool looked dirty, but it turned out to be a stain; the water itself was very clean and well maintained.The mosquitoes were pretty relentless, even in the screened-in porch, but that’s just Florida — nothing the hosts could really do about it. The layout of the home is functional, with small steps between levels that are mostly well marked. One small exception was a step inside the guest room closet, which caught my toes every time — partly my fault, but worth noting.It would have been nice to have a few extra rolls of toilet paper and beach towels, but we came prepared to purchase some supplies locally. Before leaving, I washed all the towels and left a few useful items behind like laundry soap and air freshener.Thank you for opening your home to us — we made wonderful memories here and appreciated the care you’ve put into making it a welcoming space.

Stayed here for four days with my mom, sister, and brother in law. The home was very clean, laid out really well, and had a great yard. Would absolutely recommend!

Great place for vacation

The owner always responded to any questions i had just about immediately. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a very nice park nearby. The house itself is beautiful. Dishwasher, washer and dryer and everything else worked perfectly. It looked like most appliances were brand new. I would absolutely stay here again

recently renovated

The renovations to this home looked recent and well-done. It had feeling that we may have been the first family to stay there after the renovations were completed - but not in a bad way. It's a lovely neighborhood and just what we needed for a weekend wedding getaway!

Nice Property - Needs Blinds/Furniture Update

The property was adequate for our needs, but we were not happy about the lack of blinds on the windows. It felt like we were "exposed" at night to anyone passing or any neighbors. Also, the furniture was in need of replacement. Uncomfortable to sit in. Overall, the property was good, but these made a differenec in our opinion of our stay.

Nice location

This little house is in a nice location. The remodel was beautiful and it looks just like the pictures. There are a few little steps in the home (1 from kitchen to dining area and 1 into master bathroom) that do not make it fully handicap accessible so be mindful of that when booking and/or bringing anyone with a fall risk. If you are planning on cooking in the home I would suggest bringing your cooking utensils with you as the items in the kitchen were extremely limited in regards to pots/pans/pitchers/spatulas, etc but overall we had a really enjoyable stay. .

Weekend get-away in Cape Coral

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.

Great time, great house

This house was great & the host as super sweet and nice. We love staying in Cape Coral and this property was very close to all our favorite things. It’s walking distance to the playground and trail and a very quick drive to the beach. It’s also one of the few houses in the area with a baby proofing fence around the pool. The master bathroom was so amazing I’d stay here again just to use the shower! This is the perfect house for a family to stay in and enjoy!
