Beautiful and spacious one bedroom one bath condo located on the 3rd floor. This unit has an open floor plan and the living room has a pull out sofa and flat screen TV. The bedroom has a double size bed accompanied with a nightstand and lamp. There's also a mirror and dresser inside the bedroom. This unit is a short walk away from the pool and hot tub. There's a screened in lanai with a table & chairs.


One bedroom one bath condo located in Anglers Cove on the Marco River. This unit is a short walk away from the pool and hot tub. Enjoy breakfast & lunch outside in the screened in lanai. Later in the evening make sure to eat dinner at the Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill, where the food is amazing! On the weekend you can walk next door to Rose Marina to rent a boat or go on a charter to enjoy the incredible Marco Canals and the many Beaches that surround the island.

Condition of condo
The location was excellent. The cleanliness was not acceptable, the floors were not clean there was a condom wrapper that was found under the bed, on the pull out couch there was a dirty sock and sheet. The garbage can was filthy. There were no kitchen linens or extra cleaning supplies or trash bags.
