Our apartment, approx. 60 sqm, living room / bedroom, kitchen, shower room, toilet, fully equipped (incl. Bed linen and towels), is located on the first floor. The house is a listed building. It is the third oldest house in Forchheim and was renovated in 2007. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. The apartment is located in the city center, a 15-minute walk from the main train station. Restaurants are within walking distance. Forchheim is known for its good beers and its beautiful old town.

Unangenehm war die muffige Bettwäsche, der extrem verkalkte Wasserkocher und der vergessene Kaffeefilter in der Kaffeemaschine. Sowas geht nicht.

Kurzrückmeldung

Es wäre darauf zu achten, dass zumindest nach der Buchung eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit dem übrigens sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter ermöglicht wird. Außerdem fehlt in der Anzeige der ausdrückliche Hinweis, dass die FeWo für gehbehinderte Personen (z.B. mit Rollator) leider nicht geeignet ist

Uns hat es super gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar um Forchheim zuerkunden.

Super Lage, tolle Vermieter

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht. Die Kirche direkt vor dem Fenster hört man schon manchmal, aber wir haben auch einen leichten Schlaf. Zudem hatten wir Pech, da neben uns die Dachterrasse renoviert wurde und daher ab 7 Uhr der Presslufthammer neben dem Schlafzimmerfenster los ging, aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts. WIr kommen gerne wieder!

Sonnige Ferientage mitten im fränkischen Forchheim

Wir verbrachten sonnige Spätsommertage in einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mitten in der Stadt. Es gab sogar ein Fischrestaurant nicht weit von dem Flüsschen Wiesent, dass die Stadt durchfließt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und ist geräumig. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren,haben wir nur kurze Zeiten dort verbracht. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man Fernsehen auf einem großen Sofa oder auch mit Kindern spiele machen. Leider ist die Anreise und das Parken ein Problem. Wir mussten uns lotsen lassen und dann eineb Parkplatz ohne extra Bezahlung suchen. Es hat geklappt, ist aber nicht wirklich gut. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
