Set high in the mountains, at the end of the road is our beautiful multi-unit compound. The moment you step out of your car you will see why this place is so special. Inspired by love and the concept of slow life. Our Barnhouse is designed to provide a sense of calm, peace and beauty. A place to escape the hectic aspects of life, to take a pause, enjoy simple moments in the day, and appreciate nature and its wonders. You will be surrounded by your private slice of nature, on a total of 38 acres. Summer brings hot days and fall the prettiest colors and blooms. If you are lucky enough to be here during a snowfall, you will be mesmerized by the beauty of our winters.
We consider ourselves very lucky to live on this small piece of natural beauty and are reminded of how special it is by so many of our friends and guests. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!
We also have a studio unit directly behind this house, equally as gorgeous, sleeps two and is available to rent for your extended family!

The cabin itself is adorable

But the owners should consider having it professionally cleaned. The windowsills were filthy and had dead bugs on them. The dining table had something sticky on it. The floors may have been vacuumed but definitely were not mopped. Every single light switch was dirty. The fridge had funk and fingerprints on it. And the heater in the master shuts off if you try and set it any lower than three. So you get pretty warm or no heat at all. And downstairs is just the fireplace for heat. Was not explained in property description. Just said heating and fireplace. And internet went out 1st night so we couldn’t use the tv. Owner is very nice and responsive but doesn’t have an eye for cleanliness.
