Die Wohnlandschaft lässt sich zu einem weiteren Bett umbauen. Ein Schreibtisch mit Leselampe und Safe ergänzt die Einrichtung. Die Küche ist in gehobener Ausstattung sehr umfangreich mit Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen mit Induktionskochfeld, Microwelle, Geschirrspülmaschine und Dunstabzug. Ein großer Esstisch mit vier Stühlen, praktisches Sideboard und stimmungsvolles Licht ergänzen den Raum. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit großem Doppelbett (Matratzen mit zwei verschiedenen Härtegraden), zwei Sitzgelegenheiten, großem Kleiderschrank und Ganzkörperspiegel ausgestattet. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche, Fön und Kosmetikspiegel, sowie ein separates WC mit Handwaschbecken. Es ist noch ein separater Vorratsraum mit Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Kleiderständer, Einkaufskorb und Vorratskorb vorhanden. Im Wohnungseingangsbereich steht eine Garderobe mit Wanderstöcken, Rucksack und Regenschirme. Im Garten dürfen Sie auf einem Freisitz unter dem Walnussbaum die frische bayerische Luft genießen.
