Chalet 434, Kamperland

Wir wurden 2 Wochen vor der Urlaub umgebucht auf dieses Chalet. Die Heizung war bei Bezug defekt, wurde am 2. Tag repariert. Das Chalet war sehr feucht und teilweise mit Schimmel befallen. Der muffige Geruch ist kaum auszuhalten. Nachdem die Heizung lief haben wir praktisch dauergelüftet, mit mäßigem Erfolg. Hinzu kam das die Matratzen alle samt durchgelegen sind, so das sich im Kinderzimmer der Draht durch drückt. Die anderen kleinen Mängel wie schmutziges Geschirr hätten uns nicht den Urlaub vermiest, aber dieser muffige Gestank schon. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. Bei EEZZ wollte man von Gestank oder Feuchtigkeit nichts wissen. Lediglich die Heizung und die schmutzigen Bettdecken wurden repariert bzw. getauscht. Nie wieder!!!

Guten Tag Achim, Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass die Unterkunft nicht ganz Ihren Wünschen entsprochen hat. Das umgebuchte Objekt entspricht vollständig dem ursprünglich gebuchten Objekt. Als wir von Ihrem Feedback erfahren haben, haben wir sofort jemanden geschickt, der den Heizung für Sie angemacht hat. Das Wetter war sehr schlecht mit viel Regen. Auch die Bettdecken wurden so schnell wie möglich für Sie ausgetauscht. EEZZ strebt danach, allen unseren Gästen den besten Service zu bieten. Wir sind der Meinung, dass wir alles getan haben, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, und bedauern es, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt haben. Marte - Team EEZZ
