Vogelsang, as a district of the community Vogelsang-Warsin, is located directly on the coast of the Szczecin Lagoon. The village was dominated for generations by the castle Vogelsang, which was built according to Schinkel's plans in 1842.
The small sandy beach is 600m from the center and offers water lovers a cool off. If you want to bring your boat, you can water it in the small boat harbor.
From Vogelsang - Warsin you can reach the port city of Ueckermünde in just 20 minutes by bike via the dike, with many small shops and good restaurants.
But the region also has a lot to offer.
The Riether Winkel and the whole Szczecin Lagoon are located in the middle of the "Nature Park on the Szczecin Lagoon".
