About this property

The house is located in Perticara a 1000 inhabitants village in the hinterland of Rimini (on the Castle Road) hiking trails, mountain bike trails, racing bike trails, start right in Perticara ,. A climbing park is not 15 minutes away, the outdoor swimming pool with mountain panorama no 10 minutes. In the region there are numerous wineries, as well as several golf courses. The Adriatic coast (Rimini) are also within 30km distance for beach days. San Marino is in the immediate vicinity.

The house has a garden and a small terrace, which can be used for sunbathing, as well as for the meals. Bed linen and towels can be booked for an additional charge (25 euros per week).

During the stay, I am not suburb, but at any time by phone and by mail. Spoken languages: German, English, Italian, French. Locally, people with whom I work closely together are also reachable. Minimum booking period 5 nights. In Perticara there is next to a supermarket that has almost everything, three bars, a pizzeria, a bakery, a butcher and a local with Italian specialties. Also a general doctor, a pharmacy, a bank, post office and fashion store. Pizzeria Spisso, as well as the Pian Del Bosco restaurant are 2.5 to 4 km away. in the neighboring villages there are more cozy restaurants (to recommend La Locanda in Talamello). In the next bigger town Novafeltria there is a market twice a week and you will find outlets there, as well as the whole range of shopping offers.

Access by bus is available to Novafeltria and Rimini, timetables are available in accommodation. To use the hiking and cycling trails, I recommend the App Komoot, also this is available map material in the accommodation.
