"Le Orchidee" Luxury Country Villa

The newly built villa is located in Roncofreddo, the reclusive crossroads between Tuscany, Marche and Emilia Romagna, a 30-minute drive from the sea and on a picturesque hill from which you can admire a breathtaking view, day and night.

INTERNAL
Living rooms and bedrooms 100 square meters on the first floor. Bathroom, laundry, cellar and basement for a total of 80 square meters. Garage of 20 square meters.

OUTDOORS
2 porches of 50 square meters, garden, swimming pool of 200 square meters. The villa is protected by an advanced alarm system and video surveillance.

COMFORT
Le Orchidee villa has two double bedrooms and a single. Two bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen, dining area and a living room with fireplace. Also on the lower floor there is a double support and a great room. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The furniture is new and nice, following the local country style, with the latest appliances.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt seeehr genossen und sind nur ungern wieder nach Hause gefahren. Alles war bis ins Detail Top: Garten, Pool, Haus etc. Kontakt mit Teresa war wirklich nett und zuvorkommend. Hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
