Wohnung Nr.23, 2.OG, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Balkon Herzlich Willkommen im Appartementhaus Osserblick! Die 84 qm große Maisonettewohnung mit schönem Balkon und Gartenblick ist für maximal 4 Personen geeignet. Im Eingangsbereich neben der Diele befindet sich das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC. Ebenfalls im unteren Bereich befinden sich die Küche und das Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist mit einer Eckbank, Tisch und Stühlen eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Von hier aus ist auch der Balkon zu betreten. Die Küchenzeile ist mit Elektroherd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett 180x200, ein Schrank und ein Fernseher. Über eine Treppe gelangen Sie in das große und durch ein zusätzliches Dachfenster schön helle Wohnzimmer. In diesem Bereich befindet sich noch eine separate Toilette. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer großen Couchgarnitur und Tisch komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein Fernseher ist natürlich auch vorhanden. Im Spitzboden über dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich noch eine offene Galerie mit zwei Liegen. Dies ist als Schlafbereich für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet! Vor dem Haus steht ein Stellplatz für Ihren Wagen bereit. Das WLAN können Sie gerne kostenfrei benutzen. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Sauna im Haus kann gegen Gebühr genutzt werden.
