The Space:
From the moment you step inside this fabulous home, you will adore the many gorgeous details from the high, vaulted ceilings, the stunning stone wall with an inset gas fireplace, and the completely remodeled kitchen. Enter in and take in the breathtaking beauty of the kitchen, living, and dining areas thanks to the open-concept layout and abundant natural light.
The chef in your group will love the kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, and high-end finishes throughout. Fully equipped with everything from a coffee maker to a crockpot and blender, you will find everything you need to whip up a favorite meal. At the same time, the open-concept layout means you can stay connected to your loved ones whether they’re relaxing by the fire or setting up a game on the nearby dining table.
The dining table provides seating for six and is conveniently located in the kitchen, providing additional counter space, if needed, and making for easy movement from stove to table. Its generous size makes it the perfect spot for games and puzzles when not needed for meals.
The living area boasts a large sectional, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and stylish armchair and is centered around an incredible, stonework accent wall with an inset, and gas fireplace. This lovely space features a queen-size bed, nightstands, lamps, and lots of natural light making it a serene place where you can drift off to sleep.
Upstairs, find a spacious third bedroom, which boasts two twin-size beds, an end table with a lamp, a lounge area with a sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge, a large, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a single sink vanity and a fully-tiled, walk-in shower., where you can wash up with ease.
A washer and dryer are located in the home's garage, which also provides community amenities that you will love, such as a seasonal pool, tennis courts, and a hot tub that is open year-round.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including parking for two vehicles - one in the garage and another in the driveway - with a parking pass available for a third vehicle to park in the visitor parking lot, if needed. Guests can also enjoy the shared, community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts.
There is a private washer and dryer in the garage for guests' use.
The Neighborhood:
This incredible home places you nearly at the base of Canyons Village where you can hit the slopes or explore the many shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities in the area in a matter of minutes. You are also just a 2-minute walk from the Cabriolet Ski Lift. Book a spa appointment at one of the nearby resorts, hit a few rounds at Canyons Golf Course, or explore the Utah Olympic Park - you can do it all from this beautiful home. Should you want to explore beyond Canyons, you can do so with ease thanks to the FREE Park City Transit bus system that has a stop just steps from your door and connects you to all of Park City, including the historic Main Street district and Deer Valley Resort.
Getting Around:
This home's fabulous location provides unbeatable ski access as it is within short walking distance to the Cabriolet Ski Lift, which can take you to the base of Canyons Village. It is also a quick ten-minute drive from Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where you can explore the many shops, galleries, eateries, and breweries there. Should you want to take advantage of Park City's convenient and FREE Park City Transit system, there is a stop just minutes away at the Intersection of Canyons Resort Drive and Frostwood Drive. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is equipped with portable A/C units. They are located in the upstairs bedroom and an extra one in the closet on the main floor.
As the summer season comes to an end, the pool will close for the season on the day after Labor Day, September 6, 2022.
Please be aware that over the summer, there will be significant siding and roof construction. A sizable HOA construction project is scheduled to take place between May and November. During this time, there may be loud noises and construction debris.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
