Ridge Creek Cabin - Creek Front, Hot Tub/Minimum Age Requirement of 25 yrs or ol

This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

Ridge Creek Cabin is a great cabin for couples, friends and families. With 2 separate but complete living spaces, it provides privacy all the while providing a beautiful and cozy atmosphere. There is a great screened in back porch where most guests agree is their favorite place to just hang out with the creek right below. The cabin has a large wooded lot that is full of wildlife and It's is not uncommon for white tail deer to wander around in the back yard with their young, so keep the camera handy!

The upper level provides a beautiful gas fireplace for those cool mountain evenings, a large Roku TV and plenty of seating to enjoy a great movie. The floor plan is open with the dining area, breakfast bar and kitchen. The King Master is on the main level and downstairs offers another King Master and a bunk room with a full bed on the bottom with a twin on top. Another full kitchen as well as another gas fireplace on this level as well as a living area with a 50" TV. Both Masters have TV's as well. Enjoy the large hot tub directly off the terrace living room and take a little walk down to the creek to cool off on a hot summer's day. The cabin is also "dog friendly" as long as they are under 20 lbs., and non-shedding.

The TV's are set up for streaming Roku TV, no cable or satellite.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

Linens for each bed, (2) bath towels (1) hand towel (1) wash cloth per person listed on reservation, dressers or closets for clothing storage, central heat & air, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days.
