You left us stranded

You literally left us stranded. We were REPEATEDLY told to wait for rebooking to call us to get us into another home and rebooking emailed us at noon on our last day there. If I hadn’t of gotten us a hotel (wasn’t easy on a holiday weekend) we would have been stranded. I’ve used VRBO many times and had no problems, but this was a disaster. 10+ good stays doesn’t cancel out 1 stay where you spend half your time trying to find a roof for your kids to sleep under. I went there to cook my adult son a Thanksgiving dinner. VRBO made me believe I was going to get that opportunity. Instead I spent hours scrambling to find us a hotel with availablity. The “rebooking team” never got in touch with us. Extremely disappointing.
