Es una casa con una arquitectura completamente excepcional y única la cual cuenta con una habitación principal muy amplia con baño, vestier e incluye jacuzzi. Tiene una vista panorámica espectacular hacia la represa de la Fe (Parque ecológico Los Salados) y hacia zonas verdes.Los huéspedes tienen acceso a toda la parte locativa de la casa y además a dos espacios complementarios que se tienen alternos a la casa (uno en la parte superior y otro en su parte inferior), con zonas verdes, cada uno con lago y deck que pueden ser utilizados para actividades recreativas complementarias. Se tiene además un bosque nativo con variedad de flores y orquídeas para disfrutar de una naturaleza plena y llena de oxigeno puro, ideal para un buen descanso o para realizar actividades al aire libre. Al estar al interior de una unidad cerrada, los visitantes pueden realizar caminatas ecológicas o si lo prefieren montar en bicicleta por las vías aledañas a las casas fincas.
