This ground floor, 1 bedroom/1 bath condominium has been remodeled/updated and is beautifully decorated with both modern contemporary and beach style furniture. The Living room has plenty of room to relax with cable TV, and wireless internet for your enjoyment and entertainment. The dining area has been freshened as well with a bamboo table and 4 upholstered dining chairs with a butcher block bar/pass through for additional guests. There is a stove, refrigerator, and small pantry with a coffee station and Keurig Coffee maker as well! This kitchen is stocked with everything you need (counter-top dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator and more) to enjoy a family meal. The Master Bedroom has been freshened up as well with a brand-new Serta Queen size mattress and new upholstered bed and linens. The bathroom was completely done with new tile bath walls, rain head shower and rinsing wand with bead board walls and navy vanity for a more nautical look. There are 2 (two) designated parking spots in front of the condo.

The Condo Association for this property requires a 91 night minimum and a $100 background check per stay.

Enjoyable FLORIDA living

Although the property was not new EVERYTHING inside was new to perfect. The furnishings were very pleasant and gave our stay a very calming and relaxing feeling. The amenities (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom linens and toiletries) were new or of excellent quality. The owners/management went out of their way to make everything smooth. Will definitely stay again!!
