This boutique hotel in in a historic 1950's Sarasota School of Architecture building with lots of original details and decorated beautifully for a home away from home stay! Kitchen with convection/microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes, utensils, Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed with large closets, the living room has a full sized fold out sofa, tv/wifi/cable, desk, table for two, shower in original bathroom, and private entrance foyer. Lots of natural light.

Located in a safe historic area in the south side of downtown Sarasota, nestled between high-end residential Palm Avenue, Hudson Bayou and Laurel Park. Walk to Opera, Theaters, Restaurants, Bayfront, Selby Gardens, Museums, Spas, Waterside Dining, Boating, Shopping and so much more! Close to all the amenities one would need with trolley's to the beaches and scooters to rent outside the door. Award winning businesses, coffee shops and just darn cute area that is super walkable.

Lovely little apartment in great location.

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Perfect size for my husband and I. The host was very quick to answer questions. Check in was easy. This apartment is in a great location walkable to downtown restaurants and shops.

Why they chose this property

Its a great location in a safe neighborhood, don't even need a car! In the property there is a wine bar, salon, restaurant, sweat lodge/cold plunge spa, private trainer and more great things next to us such as a great coffee shop, juice bar, movie theater, opera, Bayfront marina, waterside dining, rooftop bars, clubs ... seriously a lot of great things!

What makes this property unique

We are a small boutique hotel with personal touch but leaving you to enjoy your time here... we have a cleaning staff and provide laundry service if needed.
