The large apartment "Seemann" with 96sqm
is on the ground floor and is easily accessible due to its location on the main road.
Free parking is available directly at the house.
You have two bathrooms with shower and toilet, which are equipped with bath towels and towels for each guest
The eat-in kitchen has all appliances such as dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.
A flat screen TV with cable channels, a PS4 with controllers and various games can be provided free of charge on request.
The flat is simply but practically furnished and is best suited for 3-4 people, but also for a maximum of 6 people. The double beds are 1.8 metres wide.
The small garden leads to the terrace where you can sit by the water.
A barbecue is freely available to all guests.
The town centre is approx. 5 to 10 minutes' walk away.
