About this property

Holiday house Maya -Wernigerode- for 4-7 guests with fireplace, terrace, carport

Our 2019 newly renovated holiday home is in a quiet location in Wernigerode's Silstedt district. It has 140 square meters on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 adults and a toddler.

On the ground floor there is the entrance area with a cloakroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a directly adjacent large dining area, which invites you to cook together and spend cozy hours, with an open transition to the living area with a fireplace. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, vanity and toilet. The entire ground floor and the bathroom on the upper floor are equipped with underfloor heating.

Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another bathroom with shower, bathtub, vanity and toilet.
In the attic you will find another bedroom with two box spring beds and a bedroom with a box spring bed.

Outside there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The property is fenced with direct access to the carport with parking for two vehicles.

There is a restaurant with regional cuisine 60 m away, another restaurant 800 m away. A bakery can be reached on foot in 600 m.
The Holtemme cycle path is ideal for sporting activities and walks. It connects Silstedt with the Derenburg glassworks to Halberstadt as well as via the Rothe Mühle restaurant or directly via Wernigerode and other Harz towns. The center of Wernigerode with its historic old town and the castle can also be reached by public bus in a few minutes.
The connection to the A36 motorway is 3 km away and offers a quick connection for day trips to Quedlinburg, Thale, Bad Harzburg, Goslar and others. etc. ..

Perfektes Haus für Gruppen/Familien, die 4 Schlafzimmer brauchen. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zimmer: Alles TOP!Man könnte fast 6 Sterne vergeben. Einzig Silstedt ist nicht gerade der Nabel der Welt. Aber man ist schnell in Wernigerode. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Tolles Ferienhaus für die Familie

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Harz genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag so benötigt. Da wir viele Ausflüge geplant hatten, für deren Erreichen man ein Fahrzeug benötigt, war uns eine direkte Lage in der Stadt nicht so wichtig, wie ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und ein Parkplatz fürs Auto. Wir haben in jedem Fall die ruhige und idyllische Lage sehr genossen. Bis auf ein nächstes Mal.

Tolles Ferienhaus (Neubau), voll ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Wir haben bisher noch nie so ein gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhaus bewohnt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden! Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und haben immer kurzfristig auf Anfragen reagiert. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn wir noch einmal in den Harz fahren, dann sicher wieder in dieses Haus.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Haus Maya. Alles sorglos und entspannt. Bereits die Ankunft mit Schlüsselübergabe einfach und super. Sehr gepflegtes und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ausreichend Geschirr und notwendige Verbrauchsmaterialien, wie Müllbeutel, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier etc. werden gestellt. War die bisher sauberste Unterkunft, in welcher wir waren. Das Haus ist nahezu nagelneu und bietet eine Top-Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ruhig, auch wenn Silstedt nicht gerade der Nabel der Welt ist. Schön wäre noch, wenn auf der Hausbeschreibung stünde, welche Dinge alle vorhanden sind, zum Beispiel in der Küche Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Markus Appel

Perfekter Aufenthalt im Harz

Das Haus liegt im Ortsteil Silstedt in einer ruhigen, kleinen Seitenstraße. Wunderschön saniert und top in Schuss. Es fehlt an wirklich gar nichts, die Sauberkeit ist top. Wunderschöne Einrichtung, gute Betten, tolle Bäder. Wir haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt und die Gastgeber waren mehr als unkompliziert und freundlich. Würde ich für einen Aufenthalt in Wernigerode und Umgebung immer wieder buchen.
