This newly remodeled home is in the tranquil area of Orange Park Acres, an equestrian area in OC. Located 15 minutes from Disneyland and 20 to the beach. This home is very secluded so it is very quiet with lots of hiking trails with awesome views.

We love living here in Orange Park Acres, the properties are large and private. We have lived here for about 5 years
Why they chose this property
Our home has a guest home that we remodeled for our daughter when she got married in August of this year. We decided to list it on VRBO because we don't use it.
What makes this property unique
The home is free standing with it's own fenced yard and a beautiful valley and mountain view. No neighbors look into this home and this home does not look into any of the neighboring homes so it is very quiet and private. The guest home has it's own fenced driveway and entry so no part of the home is shared. There is even a detached laundry room. This home is great for a single person or a couple who needs a home away from home.
