THE COOPER YOUNG NEIGHBORHOOD

Our 1912 historic home is located in a quiet neighborhood one block from the Cooper Young restaurants, bars, events and shopping that make the neighborhood famous in Memphis (this is where the locals go). We are within walking distance to the Liberty Bowl Stadium, Tiger Lane, Liberty Park, and Memphis Sports and Event Center. We are an 11 minute drive to Beale Street, Downtown, FedEx Forum, and the airport, 12 minutes from Graceland, and 9 minutes to the Memphis Zoo and Overton Square.

Primary bedroom with king bed, large en-suite with 2 separate vanities, walk in shower, and walk in closet



Second Primary bedroom with king bed, en-suite with walk in shower, large separate dressing room with work space. This dressing room is large and has several windows and can accommodate a portable crib. It contains a desk and chair.

Third bedroom with queen bed and a queen size floor bed. The floor bed is best suited for children or smaller adults. There is a large separate dressing room with work space, several windows and a desk and chair.

Fourth bedroom with queen bed, built-ins including work space.

Fifth bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet.

All beds are plush memory foam to ensure a great nights sleep!

The only guests allowed on the property are those included at the time of booking
We have indoor noise monitoring (no audio recording) and outdoor security cameras
Quiet hours 10pm to 8am

MOBILITY CONCERNS
The stairs leading to the second floor are quite steep, therefore we suggest anyone with mobility concerns plan to stay in the downstairs primary bedroom.
