Great place. The only issue was the AC in the upstairs bedroom was unacceptable, but we were in Memphis and the heat outside was oppressive. I would stay here again.

I’m so sorry for that the ac is a new unit and unfortunately, we can’t control mother nature and during your stay, we were in the three digits so it’s hard to get upstairs room cool down fast.

Great home - perfect for families!

Everything was perfect with our stay. The property owners were excellent. Very clean and had snacks and wine to welcome us. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had five adults and had room to spread out. Nice patio set up in the backyard too.

Touring Memphis

This was an amazing experience... We were excited to come to Memphis, but walking in my mom was absolutely in awe of everything, especially seeing our name in lights. This place was beautiful and it held my family. Thank you for being a super host. We feel the love you put into this home.

Christmas vacation in Memphis

Property was a nice place and location was good. The weather was bad so did not get to do much. Cleaning people did miss a few items under chairs that were left by previous visitors and a few cobwebs in the formal dining room. Others a real nice place. Hope the next time in Memphis the water issues are solved.

A/C Disposal

The A/C was good the second day but it was very warm the first night. I had to turn off the schedule. The disposal under the sink I did not use, but it would not work and someone must have used it. It might need to be reset or replaced. Over all it was a good location and we had a good time. Thank you for letting us use your house.

Never Again!

Host was hood and unprofessional when communicating issues with home. The house did not have all of the bedrooms it had posted and was halfway cleaned. Also, house upstairs sink did not work and was clogged the entire stay. Host also accused my group of taking hangers and games from the house… seriously!!! I will NEVER want to rent again from this host!

Great Property and Host - Only one request

This property was just as advertised. It was very clean, convenient, and accommodating. The property manager was very responsive to inquiries and everything in the home worked well. The only thing I would mention for future stays, is that the property manager allow the tenant to control the thermostat. The thermostat was either controlled from a cell phone or on the schedule which we could not alter, and when we were gone for the day the temperature would be up to 78° which made it difficult to get down to a sleeping temperature after we arrive back in the evening. Giving the renter control of this would allow for more comfortable sleeping conditions during hot summer months. All in all we would stay at this property again. Thank you very much.

I'll wish you would of contacted me about this, the thermostat is controlled by alexa. Also, manually changing temp is an available option, thermostat isn't locked.

This was the best stay I’ve ever had with a rental property! From the time i booked until the day of check in I had questions!! The property manager was very quick to respond and helpful with every question or request! The house was wonderfully cleaned and in a great neighborhood. Me and my family really enjoyed this stay and will book again in the future!
