Our single bungalow is located in the relatively young seaside resort Marina di Modica near the beach, on a private and fenced property shaded by palm trees and eucalyptus trees. Stellamare A has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 living room, 1 small kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Our laundry room is available to you individually for € 3.00 per machine and laundry. Electricity and gas consumption and a carport on our private property are included in the rental price. On a small terrace in front of the bungalow you will find a table, chairs and deck chair for outdoors, where you can relax in a quiet and green environment.
In the immediate vicinity, the warm Mediterranean sea in almost all seasons, on a flat, golden yellow, fine sandy beach, invites you to the most beautiful bathing pleasure !!!

Further description: The (mostly) mild climate is also suitable for year-round tourism, but you should not forget your umbrella in the winter months and after dark, warm winter clothes are generally indispensable for 'outside'. Between December and April, Sicily's nature makes 'winter cleaning' and is already lavishly decorated with blossoms on trees, bushes, meadows and fields. A little later in the year, the sun, clean and blue sea (water temp. Approx. 20-30 ° between June and the end of October), on a flat, fine sandy beach for the most beautiful bathing fun!

Only about 10 kilometers from our holiday resort Marina di Modica, an express catamaran drives almost daily in the morning to the capital La Valetta in about 70 minutes and back in the evening.
The prices listed in the table are for our bungalows 'Stellamare A and C' with a floor space of around 50 sqm!
Furthermore, the prices given refer to 2 adults / 2 children up to 15 years / 1 pet, incl. Electricity, gas, initial supply of bed linen, per person. 2 towels and 1 stand towel, and a car.- Parking space / carport on our closed private property.
We do not charge a deposit!
