With a view of the sea, the newly renovated holiday home 'Casa Gioia' in Ispica is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen as well as an outdoor kitchen, 3 bedrooms (the room with the single beds can be set up as a double room on request) and 2 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, and a 74 m² veranda where you can enjoy meals and have a barbecue.
The property is ideal for those who want to relax but also boasts an excellent location for reaching places of interest nearby as it has a great connections. Restaurants, bars, pizzerias, Palinerai and local street food can all be found nearby. Lido La Playa is about 300 meters from the property, and it is approx. 8 km to Pozzallo and 12 km to Marzamemi. The local medical guard is located in the centre of the village and the owner Mariavita is available for any clarifications or directions to nearby places.
