This 2nd floor condo features elevator access, high speed internet and complimentary WIFI, cable, keyless entry and free parking. The living room features a brand new, queen-size pull-out couch, easy side chair and entertainment center with a flat screen TV, books and board games. There are even tennis rackets for our tennis enthusiasts! In the evening play cards in the dining area at the table for 4 or have dessert on the lanai as your vacation day ends. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a new mattress, brand new duvet cover and soft linens for a restful night after a day at the beach or pool. A large dresser with a TV, two nightstands and a closet allow you to unpack and organize. Off the bedroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, vanity with sink and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Bath and beach towels and guest soaps will be waiting for you. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated with a new range, dishwasher and refrigerator. Full utensils, cookware, bakeware, toaster and Keurig offer a made to order breakfast or enjoy a night staying in making a homemade meal.
Did we mention our "Million Dollar View?" Imagine starting your day with coffee, tea or ending it with your favorite cocktail on the screened lanai that's off the living room and wraps around the bedroom and overlooks the stunning fairways of the Bonita Bay Golf Club. You'll enjoy sitting by the private pool, soaking in the hot tub, playing tennis, bocce ball, renting free canoes or kayaks, fishing on the piers, walking on the Boardwalk to the back a bays or biking on the12 miles of trails throughout the club. There's the private marina to admire the boats finished off with great dining and drinks at Backwater Jacks. Longing for some R&R at the private Beach? In season (Nov-April) there is a required, private shuttle to take you back and forth to the private beach area just15 minutes away that offers complimentary chairs and umbrella's, water station and restrooms. And of course. there's the gorgeous, Florida sunsets.
There is also Clam Pass State Park Beach. 11 miles away you can spend the day at this clean, beautiful beach with rentable chairs and umbrellas, a grill for burgers, wraps, snacks and drinks, all accessible by a walk on the boardwalk or the complimentary tram.
We take your safety very seriously. After each guest visit, a fully staffed cleaning service launders all bedding and towels, and the entire condo is cleaned and sanitized. We guarantee you'll want to join us at Bonita Bay year after year for your Florida rejuvenation.
