MAIN LIVING ROOM
Adjacent to the kitchen and dining room in an open layout, relax on the comfy leather sectional in the living room and stream your favorites on the large Smart TV. Log into your preferred streaming service, prepare the popcorn, and have a cozy movie night!

The fully equipped kitchen boasts all major appliances and everything you need to cook from the comfort of home. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, savor each other's company over delicious food and drinks.

BEDROOM SETUP
Bedroom 1 (King Bed): Located upstairs, this King Master Suite includes a private, sparkling clean bathroom with toiletries. Unwind with your own Smart TV from the comfort of bed.

GATHERINGS
For a centrally located home during work, sightseeing, or visits, choose this modern, contemporary home in Colorado Springs. While we want you to have a great time, please note our strict "No Party" policy out of respect for other tenants and neighbors.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. A minimum $300 fee will apply if smoking is detected during your stay.

MINIMUM AGE
Guests on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The named reservation guest must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.

SECURITY
For security, there are exterior audio/video recording cameras. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

PARKING
Free street parking, driveway parking, and garage parking are available.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at or after 4 pm, and check-out is prior to or at 10 am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire place to include the washer and dryer for use at your convenience during your stay! Enjoy having easy access to the EV charger in the garage for your vehicle!

With gorgeous mountain views from the upstairs bedrooms and the backyard, this home is a true gem in the heart of CS. Located near Austin Bluffs and Barnes, everything on the Powers Corridor and along Academy Blvd are just minutes away! Within 10 minutes you can be on I-25 for all the places you may wish to visit on your stay!

Getting Around:
You will be only a short distance from downtown, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and so much more.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

Our stay was good. Home needs some TLC though. We found dirty utensils and had to fight with electricity in master bedroom. Seems like when we turn on the washer, lights in the room would go off.
