Our brand new 3 story home is the perfect space for your corporate stay or family/friends getaway with an abundance of space for work/or relaxation. This 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths Galleria home boast easy access to a multitude of restaurants, minutes drive to the Galleria mall and uptown park! Step into the 3rd floor balcony and enjoy jaw dropping sweeping views of the city!
The home comes with a 2car garage and additional parking
Other things to note
1. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request.
2. No packages or mail are sent here without prior permission.
3. Absolutely no smoking or use of drugs inside the home. You agree to pay a $250 penalty for smoking inside the home.
4.Please be kind to our Earth by turning off lights, water valves, and thermostats when not in use.
5. The number of people inside the home may not exceed the number of reserved guest at any time.
6. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Be respectful to your neighbors next door.
7. while we do not foresee the need, following multiple warnings we will utilize law enforcement to ensure compliance.
8. There is a $350 damage deposit. Deposit is fully refundable upon inspection of the home after check-out.

Different Experience

Ive been to plenty of Vrbos but this one was different. Walls marked up going up the stairs, urine in the downstairs toilet, broken things in bathrooms, hair on bathroom floors, no dressers, tv only in 1 room, not much things to cook for the kitchen, etc. The host was very understanding and nice for the most part but didn’t seem like she cared a whole lot since she is giving up the property. Very good neighborhood other than neighbors parking in front of the place.

We enjoyed it very much.

There were a few things missing that I would expect in a high end vrbo: drinking glasses, hair dryer, dishwasher soap, bath soap, more trash cans. Loved the bottled water and ample paper towels and toilet paper. I would stay there again.
