About this property

Holiday home on the North Sea in Ouddorp aan Zee, holiday park "Jonkerstee"

Detached house with approx. 80 mÂČ living space for max. 4 people. The sheltered veranda offers sunshine most of the day.
We have our house furnished as it meets our own expectations. It should be cozy and functional at the same time. We hope that our guests feel the same way.

Equipment:
Washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, 2 refrigerators, oven, Nespresso machine + coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV with satellite, DVD player, radio with CD player and Bluetooth function, WiFi, barbecue, lounge furniture for the terrace, parasol, garden furniture, relax Swing armchair for the terrace.

Location:
Our house is located in the holiday park "Jonkerstee" in Ouddorp. Ouddorp belongs to South Holland and is located about 45 km south of Rotterdam. The region is known as a holiday region for family vacations and numerous holiday parks have provided an extensive range in recent years.

The beach is a footpath through the dunes (about 800 m). A large children's playground is open in the summer months from Mon-Sat, but not 100 meters away. Bicycles can be rented in the village.

The place is idyllically located between the North Sea beach and Grevelinger Meer. Its proximity to Rotterdam and tourism make it a center for the area. In the center of the village you will find many shops, including two large supermarkets, for every need.

This offer is complemented by various gastronomic businesses for every budget in the village and on the beach. German newspapers and magazines are also available without any problems.

Tolle Lage! Und toll, dass Besteck, Teller und Töpfe nicht abgezĂ€hlt sind wie oft in anderen UnterkĂŒnften, sondern reichlich vorhanden sind. Die angekĂŒndigten Spinnweben waren da - wir waren ja vorgewarnt, weshalb es okay war.

Eine Woche Erhohlung pur! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und die Betreuung bzw. Kommunikation mit Herrn Schilling konnte nicht besser sein! Das sehr gut ausgestatte Haus liegt traumhaft schön, zum Strand sind es zu Fuß gerade mal 20 Min. und das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet ist ideal zum Wandern oder mit dem Fahrrad zu entdecken. Gerne kommen wir wieder...:-))

Schönes, kleines Ferinehaus fĂŒr den entspannten Urlaub.

Ein schönes und wirklich gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Bequeme Betten und komfortable Couch. Schöner Garten mit Terasse und auch FahrrÀder waren inbegriffen. Sehr netter und freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter, der auch alle Fragen schnell beantwortete. Vielen Dank das wir zu Gast sein durften.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Ferienhaus in Ouddorp verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohnpark mit vielen BĂ€umen und viel GrĂŒn. Daher hat man auch im eigenen Garten mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten genĂŒgend PrivatsphĂ€re. Der reservierte Parkplatz ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Wir fanden das Haus bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber vor. Es ist wirklich mit allem, was man fĂŒr einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt, ausgestattet. Die KĂŒche hĂ€lt alle GerĂ€tschaften bereit um etwas Gutes kochen zu können. Die Betten sind sehr gut und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Auch ein Regentag ist kein Problem. Es gibt viele Spiele und eine sehr gute TV-Anlage mit deutscher Mediathek. Die Einrichtung wurde mit Bedacht ausgesucht. Man merkt, daß hier nicht nur vermietet wird, sondern der EigentĂŒmer das Haus auch selber nutzt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gute gepflegetes und gut gelegenes HĂ€uschen fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub

Das HĂ€uschen ist gut gelegen (15 min zu Fuss zum Zentrum) und sehr ruhig. Kontakt zum Gatgeber war sehr gut und das Haus / die Einrichtung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Austattung (wlan TV, Zwei FahrrĂ€der, Grill, Spielsachen) war Top. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einziger Punkt den wir bemĂ€ngeln waren die recht vielen Spinnenweben, die vom Reinigungstrupp leider ĂŒbersehen wurden.

Nettes kleines Haus in super Lage

Wir haben mit unseren Kinder (8 und 14) zwei schöne Wochen im Jonkerstee verbracht. Das Haus ist genau richtig fĂŒr 4 Personen ausgelegt. Die Lage perfekt sowohl richtung Strand als auch um Radtouren zu starten. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht, die zwei FahrrĂ€der super in Schuss. Der Garten ist ein kleines Idyll vor allem der Schaukelstuhl. An die steile Treppe gewöhnt man sich. Alles in allem wunderbar.

GemĂŒtliche Unterkunft in Ouddorp

Von den Objekten, die wir in Ouddorp bisher kennengelernt haben, war dieses eins der besten. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und die Lage waren perfekt. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber fĂŒr einen Urlaub absolut ausreichend. Einziger Kritikpunkt wĂ€re die Sauberkeit, die wir auch nur mit 3 Sternen bewertet haben und auch nur als Feedback fĂŒr den Vermieter gedacht ist. Hier ist vor allem das Bad zu nennen: Duschtasse sehr staubig, Boden sah nicht gewischt aus( obwohl wir die Reinigungskraft bei unserer Ankunft gesehen hatten), etwas zu viel Spinnenweben z.B. am Esszimmerfenster- so schnell hĂ€tte das keine Spinne hinbekommen in der kurzen Zeit zwischen Reinigen und Einzug. Ansonsten waren wir absolut zufrieden und wĂŒrden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank und viele GrĂŒĂŸe vom Fam.Krauth/MĂŒhlböck
