Die Ferienwohnung mit 90qm Wohnfläche und separatem Eingang, liegt Parterre und verfügt über Sat-TV, Telefon inkl. DSL-Zugang-(WLAN-Ausstattung). Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Tv lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Die separate Küche mit Esstisch, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen mit Ceranfeld, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Eierkocher, Mikrowelle und Gefrierfach lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Ebenso verfügen Sie über einen eigenen Zugang zur Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel. Eine Sauna zur Entspannung befindet sich ebenfalls im Haus. Für Ihr Auto steht Ihnen eine Garage (gegen Gebühr) oder Stellplatz am Haus (ohne Gebühr) zur Verfügung.

Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral zum Ort Mauth.
Freundliche Vermieter. Heizraum liegt ziemlich nah am Schlafzimmer und ist nachts zu hören.
