This modern furnished house is located in the heart of Shenandoah. Only minutes away from fishing, boating, mountain biking, river tubing, kayaking, rafting, hiking, snowshoeing, zip lining, skiing, and much more. Situated perfectly for you to make the most of the Shenandoah Mountains and river.
Only 2 minutes away from the Shenandoah River, 10 minutes away from Massanutten Resort, 20 minutes from the incredible Luray Caverns, 20 minutes to JMU in Harrisonburg city and 40 minutes from Shenandoah Skyline Drive. Mamma Mia’s Pizza and Pasta Restaurant is only a few steps from your door.

The Space: We welcome up to 8 guests at our lovely two level house. The entire house offers a charming living room adjoined to a dining room, which leads to the kitchen that also has a small dining table for your convenience. From the kitchen, you can walk out to the deck where you can enjoy the view of the Massanutten Mountains.
There are numerous windows throughout the property that allow the outside in, where you can appreciate the natural surroundings.
Comfy modern furnishings dress the property, and there is a 55” TV with a surround sound system for all to enjoy. The open plan layout is ideal for spending quality time together. You will love the fully equipped kitchen that has an electric range and plenty of counter space. Make home-style meals that you can share on the beautiful dining table. The washer and dryer are located on the main level for easy access for our guests.

Guest access: The entire house is equipped with a central air and heat system. We offer high-speed internet, which makes it ideal for those working from home. We offer Comcast TV and Amazon Prime. You can also enjoy Netflix by using your own account. Two bedrooms have large TVs mounted on the walls. There is a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker (with coffee, milk and sugar), refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven/stove. You can, while away the evening hours, grilling food on the gas grill situated on the patio and enjoying your meals by the fire pit area.

Great Stay

This property was excellent. From communication with the owners, to the cleanliness of the property, to the location, this property was perfect for my family of 4. Check-in was a breeze. We were close to Massanutten, the caverns, and walking distance to good Italian and Mexican restaurants. And, the beds and pillows were amazing. Best sleep I have had in a while. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We would definitely recommend this 5 star property!!!

Great place!

This place was perfect for family and friends to get together for a ski weekend. The host was very easy to communicate with and provided everything they said they would. Definitely will go back!!!
