The house is located in the small picturesque fishing village of Martinica, on the island of Cres in the Kvarner archipelago. From the living room you have direct access to the beautiful terrace with pool, sun loungers, lounge area and covered terrace with barbecue, which invites you to dine al fresco. An outdoor fitness area awaits active holidaymakers behind the house. On the lower part of the property there is a house where the owners live.
