Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return anything borrowed, used or played with to its original home so next guest might enjoy. Including indoor or outdoor furniture.
Please place wet towels in shower floor, & start a load of towels. Make sure to double check personal belongings are not left behind, check closets, bedroom & bathroom drawers & under beds.
Please secure items on dock with provided bungee cords and raise ladder when finished with lake fun.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Events are not allowed without prior approval from host. Just reach out, I'm quick to respond.
Quiet Hours out of respect to neighbors will be 11pm to 8am
Boat/lift in slip are for private owners. Large dock with room to tie up your own boat or rental and still have room to swim off dock and enjoy sun!

We had an awesome stay at the lake house. Everything was exactly as described and made for a really relaxing trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and a great setup for spending time with family and friends. Great vacation spot!

This was a great place to vacation on Grand Lake. The house has every amenity you could possibly think of and the game room/garage allowed the fun to continue despite thunderstorms. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in, highly recommend!

Great house for a big family

Perfect place for our family of 15 with toddlers & a baby staying. Playpens for the children to sleep, a baby's bath, trundle beds for toddlers & an entertaining recreation room in a once garage made into game room. Bedrooms are on the main floor with an easy entrance to unload our luggage. Down the stairs is a large family room & big kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the deck, using the hot tub & playing games. We floated off the dock with the children enjoying the lake. We had a great time. Our only suggestion is the gas grill could use replaced but not a deal breaker.Leslie is a caring & kind host. Very responsive & even checked on us as a storm came through one evening. If you have a large family or group of friends to enjoy Grand Lake with this is a great place to stay! 10 outta 10!

Spectacular panoramic lake views will be the first thing you notice when stepping out onto one of the many decks of this beautiful lake home. This home is located on the open lake on the south side of Grand Lake o' the Cherokees and the views are endless. There is room for everyone, with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a large open living/kitchen area for family gatherings. And if this isn't enough there is a huge garage game room / bar for more fun and games. Great for families with children or large groups of friends. The covered dock provides easy access to boating fun or a large swim deck to swim and enjoy the sun. In the evenings settle into a chair around the firepit and enjoy s'mores or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub while enjoying your favorite beverage and the golden hour's amazing sunsets.

(Boat and lift shown in pictures are for private owners only and would not be included in the amenities of your stay. HOWEVER, there is plenty of room on both sides of dock for guests to tie up your own boat or rental for easy access and boating fun!)
