You must shower before use then rinse feet before getting into hot tub. There will be a $150 fine if the hot tub is excessively dirty.

Great place and location

This is a great place, great location, there are neighbors but through a healthy amount of woods. There are a lot of trails around, including the neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Epic relaxation time!

This was the most peaceful stay; we grilled, spent time in the hot tub, we’re only 40 minutes from Lake Placid and a little closer to Whiteface Mountain, and it was a quick, restful trip. I would absolutely stay here again! The house was clean and every amenity we needed was present and available, and the host was immediately responsive.

Wedding anniversary getaway

We absolutely loved our stay!!! Our host, Kara, was super helpful and accommodations were stellar. The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing and we couldn't have had a better time celebrating our 4 year anniversary ❤️, after just one stay we already want to make it a tradition to stay at this lovely lodge. Our dogs even loved the place! They just pranced the property like it was their new home 🤣🤣. Highly recommend for any family occasion!!

Hello, We are the LeBoeuf family. We love travel and adventure. We are so excited to share our piece of the Adirondack mountains with you.

Why they chose this property

The lodge is located inside Ausable acres, a private community. We are located on a quiet dirt road which may have an occasional car drive by but you are more likely to be greeted by a deer, woodchuck, hummingbird, woodpecker or friendly neighbor out exploring. There is a private lake you are welcome to bring your own canoe, kayak or paddle board to. There is also a dock to sit on or fish from. There are very large, large mouth bass and pickerel! There are multiple access point to the Ausable river within the community. There’s are trails located throughout the acres which you can find on the provided map. The best quick hike in the ADKs with stunning views is right in our back yard, Clark mountain! A quick 1 mile hike with gorgeous views of the ADK range including whiteface. It can be access from behind the property, but the easiest way to hike it is to access the trail head from the watertower down the road.

What makes this property unique

Welcome to our 3 bed 2 bath Adirondack style vacation home. We have a large family room with oversized leather couches and a beautiful gas fireplace to keep you warm on chilly winter days. Kick your shoes off and enjoy the radiant heat floors in the kitchen while you cook or enjoy a meal. There is a large first floor bedroom with a bathroom across the hall fully equipped with a jetted soaker tub. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms, all with queen beds and a large bathroom. There is a large trex deck spanning the entire front of the lodge with a well lit path leading to the back door. On the right side of the lodge you will find a sunken fire pit with picnic area and barbecue grill and hot tub. Located so close to whiteface mountain, bring your ski buddies and have the perfect weekend away in your own house rather than the high costs of staying at a hotel in lake placid. Or the perfect summer get away for friends and family with kids to enjoy the beautiful adirondack mountains!
