Beautiful home located at 305 Carolina Blvd on the Isle of Palms. Perfectly situated just two blocks from the ocean. Incredible 360 views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway right from the rooftop sundeck. Enjoy your time on the beach, in the private pool, or relax on one of the decks. If you want to venture out a little farther you are minutes from tidal marshes, eco tours, kayaking, and chartered fishing trips. This home is great for families or groups. Beach living at it's finest!

Six college friends celebrating their 60th birthdays. Most had never been to Charleston before and all will return. The home was perfect for what we needed. The pool was a fantastic bonus in July! Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, glasses, bakeware. Beds are comfortable and plentiful. Location was perfect. -quiet neighborhood but close to anything you could want.

Gorgeous Spacious House

The house was absolutely perfect - so many beds and tons of space for my trip with 9 girlfriends. The house is walking distance to the beach on a quiet street and a short drive or Uber to restaurants. We absolutely loved our time here!!!

The house has a lot of character but is poorly maintained. There were bathroom fixtures coming off the wall, a hole in the ceiling of a bedroom, bathrooms needed cleaning or regrouting, kitchen and living room were not clean. We found a few roaches. The metal railing out on the decks was rusted and potentially dangerous. Also, the pool was green and dirty. We contacted the host and they said it was fine but the pool maintenance person said he wouldn't swim in it either. The chemical balance was off and had algae growing in it. The pool was treated but it never appeared to be clean enough for us to get in as the water was cloudy. Since we booked the place with a pool for our grandchildren, we felt like we should get a partial reimbursement. The host never responded to our request. Therefore, we cannot recommend this place as our stay was unsatisfactory.

305 Carolina, Isle of Palms

The property was great and our stay was wonderful...elevator makes everything very convenient from the ground to the 4th floor...Parking is a little tricky since base of driveway is about 10 feet below grade making it somewhat difficult to navigate and even more so for multiple cars...especially if you have a heavy car. Since there is not parking available on most of the street because of difficult IOP laws, this may be important information...we were able to make it work for 3 cars...All of that being said, it is a great house for your family to have good time together.

Great location, nice house but some bewares

The property location is wonderful! While the house is nice, we had some challenges. First it rained while we were there and it caused a water leak into one of the bedrooms. I called the property management company. There was no emergency number. I had to call twice before getting a response the person who answers the phone came across very annoyed that I was calling. I explained there was no emergency number in the welcome book and she implied I just wasn’t looking. They said they would see what they could do. The next day I got an email that they
