Fabulous 3 BR - 3BA pool - spa home overlooking the 12th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus private course in PGA West......Views of the Santa Rosa Mountains......Comes complete with 4 TV's - DVD's, 3 car garage, linens, towels, fireplace, washer - dryer, fully stocked kitchen and all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom comes with King bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet; bedroom #2 comes with Queen bed and also ensuite bathroom; bedroom #3 has a queen bed......Perfect for 3 couples or family of 6. We are a pair of retirees living in Carlsbad with the blessings of 4 adult kids & 6 little grandchildren "jewels" who are all starting to take wings on the golf course......and love getting away as a family. We love to golf and what better location than PGA West right on the 12th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus private course.
