A beautiful 4000ft estate with room for Friends family. Chiefs' kitchen with all amenities a cook could want. Each room has its own restroom with spa designed stone shower, jetted tub in master suite and large yard for relaxing. Boat and RV parking in large stone driveway. All just 5 min from Laughlin for those who like the night life or min from Colorado river, lake Mohave. 60 min to Vegas or 60 min from Havasu.

*Monthly Rental Optional please contact host for details and Rate. Garage only available for long term rentals of 30 days or more. Garage not available to short term guest of under 30 days. **Unfortunately due to family allergies we donot allow pets of any kind at the property by Guest or visitor. . if pets are found to be on the property a non-refundable $250 per pet per day fee will be applied to the guest stay.Guest are welcome to use the pool and spa however they are not heated. Spa can be heated for additional daily fee of ($200) 2 day minimum.

MUST STAY HERE!

What an absolute fantastic place to stay. My family was there for my father-in-law’s 80th birthday and what a beautiful place for family to gather! The online pictures don’t even do it justice! It is a perfect set up for multiple families because of its spaciousness. The pool was amazing and this was by far one of the best places I have rented! The owner is also very responsive! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

2024 Family vacation

This home is probably one of the best that we have stayed in .. the pictures don’t do it justice.. it’s so spacious .. we had a total of 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 5 .. we all had a great time .. pool had a little issue but was promptly taken care of.. and we were able to enjoy it .. will definitely be rebooking this home .. thanks again loved loved this home

Everything clean nice house but water is hot too hot for infant and kids to shower. So my kids could not shower. Overal loved Everything just i would of liked a heads up. Needs a few improvements i already talk to owner hopefully we will stay here again.

Great Stay

First and foremost, the property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of room for 12 to sprawl out and relax. Large kitchen with all items needed for cooking for 12. The pool was amazing for the teenagers and kids. The beds were comfortable and cozy. A couple of cons: not enough towels, washing machine was broken and we did have to purchase more towels and take time away from our family to visit the laundromat. The dishwasher worked but did not clean well even with pre-rinsed dishes. The patio door needs replacing, still functional but very hard to open and close. Also, there was not enough outdoor seating. There were 2 chairs for 12 of us. .

I really didn't feel the house was equipped with enough household items. Towels, washcloths, lounge chairs by pool, exceptable BBQ. The BBQ in the pictures was not hooked up and the BBQ that was there was flithy. Also the patio door in the master did not lock and was unlocked when we got there??? The main patio door is very hard to lock and unlock.

Beautiful Home Great For Groups

I was traveling with my husband our two adult children with their spouses and four young grandchildren, ages 8-1. This home is particularly well suited for groups because the living area and kitchen are in the center of the home with a wing off either side containing bedrooms and bathrooms. There is an en suite bedroom in each wing as well as an additional bedroom and bathroom next door giving each bedroom essentially their own bathroom. We used the office to sleep the kids on blow up mattresses provided by the host. There is a lot of refrigerator space available (main kitchen refrigerator as well as wine and smaller beverage refrigerator and also an outdoor refrigerator by the grill). Having a weeks worth of food and beverages for our party of 10 was easily accommodated. There is plenty of seating available in the living and dining area. There is plenty of shade in the outdoor area with ample seating. The pool was beautiful and there were some floating rings available when we were there. The local splash pad was also a hit with our grandchildren and it is lit up at night making for a magical experience. The host was very helpful in sending recommendations on what to do in the area and was very prompt in getting back to inquiries. He and his team were very friendly. I would stay in this home again.

Hello, our story is simple we are a family of 9 (Blended 6 kids) yes just like the brady bunch. I work in the Environmental industry and grew up in Whittier CA. My wife is a first responder in the medical field. We currently reside in the Inland Empire and commute between CA and AZ regularly. We purchased the home as a future retirement destination (which is still a few years away). In the meantime, we would like to share our family home with others so they can create lifelong memories as we have.
