Enjoy the open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is a smart television in the living area and a small lanai to enjoy the fresh Hawaii air and the sound of the birds. There is a dining area off the kitchen and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs.

The guest bedroom has two new twin beds and a closet to unpack. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway with a bathtub and shower combination. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart television, and a private bathroom. Soak away the sun in the bathtub or rinse off the salt in the tiled shower.

The Waikoloa Fairway Terrace is located near the Waikoloa Village. There is a fitness center, hot tub, and large pool for guests to use. Enjoy the local restaurants, golf course close by, and much more.

Nice unit in Waikoloa Village - Just Minutes from the Coast

This nice unit located in Waikoloa Village is just minutes from the coast and makes for a great place to stay, especially if you are not interested in staying in a touristy resort location, and don't mind NOT being right on the beach. The unit was clean, well-maintained and came well-equipped, in terms of kitchen amenities, beach towels, additional beach toys/chairs/cooler, etc.

Great stay just getting there you need to be clear.

The property is amazing, great to stay, safe neighborhood, great access to places in Big Island. The only thing is in order to get to building J you need to enter from another gate, after the one that google map tells you to get in. Just make sure of this. Or else 1) the gate code does not work 2) you some how entered the wrong complex counting from A to H and be confused that J does not exist. lol. Overall the house were great place, the owner response very fast so we are glad we stayed here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect landing place for our family of 4. Comfortable and included the amenities we needed. The turkeys and budgies (and other b,,irds) we very cute to watch on the golf course.
