The space
Dog Dazes is located on the second level of a 2-unit property, in which the welcoming owners live downstairs in the main unit.
With high speed internet, cable television, and a fully equipped kitchen/living-room, this apartment is perfect for a staycation, work-from-home alternative or a Downtown Newburyport getaway with family or friends. There is a ring camera facing the driveway.
Due to COVID-19, our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains) Clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, unless guests prefer to bring their own. FYI We have two ring door bell camera on the exterior of our main doors. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minute noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living-room. This is a smart home devise that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Guest access
Prior to your arrival we will provide access codes to enter the main door then a code to enter apartment. You will also receive information about parking, check out instructions, wifi and tv information, what you need to bring and a copy of the house rules. If you would like a copy of the house rules prior making a reservation please message us directly and we will send a copy.

Heating
This apartment is warm and cozy. There is a thermostat in the living room to control the heat.

Air Conditioning
There is a brand new Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioner unit on the wall with a remote in the kitchen that allows you to keep the kitchen, living room and twin bedroom cool. There are two window AC units in each queen bedroom. (If you smoke this is not a good fit for you.) Non-smokers only
