Neighborhood is quit and off the beaten path, but close enough to the interstate to make getting around town easy!

4 Bedrooms offer 3 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin, as well as two pull out queen sofas. Bathrooms have 1 tub/shower combo and 1 stand alone shower.

Short Weekend Stay

This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)

Nice property, Great location!

The house was exactly as described. It was a great location with a fenced in backyard and park right behind the house. It was close to where we needed to be and the manager was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will stay again!

Nice place for a family and pets.

Back yard fence needs repair by front of house to keep dogs in. Basement shower needs to be a square alcove type which would give it more room. Local tv channels should be provided using an antenna on the roof.
