The space.
Be the first guest to stay in this freshly remodeled solid 1970 semi-detached multi-family home with all new furniture, beds, and accessories. you get: the 2nd floor; 3 bedrooms (bedroom #1-master with king bed and private bathroom, bedroom #2-queen bed, bedroom #3- full bed). For extra sleeping space we have a cozy queen size sofabed in living room. Private entrance, hallway full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, modular dining room, very spacious living room, and washer and dryer.
Guest access
Convenient location is an understatement! Nestled just 600 steps from Hillside Ave for restaurants, shops, buses, and F line 179 street subway station. Being the 1st stop on the F line, enjoy a "seated" 30 min train ride to midtown.
Even more fitting if you are driving as the Grand Central Parkway is 3 blocks away: Drive 17 min to JFK, 10 min to LGA, 10 min to CitiField, 21 min to midtown. Forget about wasting valuable time looking for parking, we have a spot awaiting you.
